The 77th Canadian International Air Show took place over Toronto's lakeshore from September 5 to 7, marking the last local appearance of the RCAF's Snowbirds until the 2030s. Their nine-jet formation, a staple since 1971, will be retired for newer aircraft. The show also featured the CF-18 Hornet, RCMP helicopter, and new teams like Jack Aces and Pink Jet. Crowds lined the waterfront, with many recognising the end of a summer tradition.
